Welcome to Galaxy AC Service Center - https://galaxyacservice.in . By booking our services in Lucknow, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi or Hyderabad, you agree to these terms.

2. Visit & Inspection Charges Rs. 350 Fixed

All visits will attract a fixed inspection / visit charge of Rs. 350.

Rs. 350 is payable even if customer does not want to proceed with repair after diagnosis.
If customer approves repair, Rs. 350 will be ADJUSTED in final bill (not extra).
For multiple appliances at same address - Rs. 350 per appliance inspection.
Visiting time: 10 AM to 8 PM - 7 Days.

3. Service Charges & Spare Parts

Final charges depend on fault, spare parts cost and labour. Customer will be informed before starting work. No hidden charges.

4. Warranty Policy

90 Days Warranty on Repair & Service Provided. Warranty valid on same fault & same part only. Warranty void in case of voltage fluctuation, mishandling, water leakage or physical damage.

5. Cancellation

Service can be cancelled before technician dispatch without charge. After dispatch, Rs. 350 visit charge applicable.

6. Customer Responsibility

Please ensure proper power supply, water connection (for Washing Machine/RO) and safe access for technician.
